Through tireless efforts, the EUDE R&D team has successfully developed a new composite shock-absorbing material. This material comprises a surface layer, a shock-absorbing functional layer, and a base layer. The shock-absorbing functional layer is enhanced with micron-level spirals that effectively reduce soft tissue oscillation during physical activity, delivering outstanding shock absorption. Additionally, optimizing the design of these spirals ensures more uniform distribution within the functional layer, further enhancing product comfort.


Innovative Design and Advanced Manufacturing Techniques

EUDE uses unique designs to optimize user experience. The spirals used in the shock-absorbing functional layer are made from materials such as polyurethane-modified epoxy resin or polyurethane-modified acrylic resin, ensuring the material's stability and durability. The spiral's pitch is precisely controlled between 200 and 1,000 microns, with 5 to 10 turns, facilitating better absorption and dispersion of impact forces. The material's elasticity modulus is 10 to 100 times that of the resin matrix, enabling superior shock absorption.

 

Advanced manufacturing techniques ensure product quality.

 During production, the spirals can be fabricated using 3D printing or injection molding, precisely positioned with magnetic site molds, and then the resin matrix is injected into the mold to complete the shock-absorbing functional layer. The surface layer features a short fiber-reinforced elastomer material with amide groups, enhancing the material's resistance to friction and washing. The base layer, made from a flexible elastomer with a Tg below 30°C, ensures comfort during wear.
